"Being a senior veterinary surgeon at Vets Now has given me the opportunity to create a culture of high clinical standards, teamwork and a focus on customer satisfaction within my clinic. I love the level of responsibility that this role has given me, as whilst this management position offers the satisfaction of seeing your clinic thrive you don't have to take on the risk involved with owning your own practice."
