Who we’re looking for
You don’t necessarily need to have lots of experience of Emergency and Critical Care. In our opinion, ECC is really about doing good quality medicine well, and of course developing your ECC skills through ongoing training. So all we ask is that you are fully qualified, RCVS registered and have a minimum of 6 months experience working within an English speaking small animal practice. You should also be confident in your clinical ability and of course legally eligible to work in the UK.
Your CPD
We’re passionate about developing our people and their skills. You’ll receive clinical skills development and paid veterinary nursing CPD through our tailored On-Site Training Programme, a thorough full induction, as well as a very generous CPD allowance to develop your own particular ECC areas of interest. So whether you’re from an ECC background or not, our induction and ongoing CPD will provide the foundation for a great career with us.
