Our Emergency & Critical Care team provides round-the-clock support for pets in crisis. With a specialist-led ICU and advanced life-support technologies, we are equipped to handle everything from severe trauma to sudden illness. Beyond urgent treatment, we ensure pets are kept comfortable, monitored closely, and supported with compassion throughout their recovery. With a dedicated nursing team monitoring these animals 24/7.

- When should I bring my pet to ECC?
If your pet is experiencing difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, collapse, seizures, or any sudden change that concerns you, it’s best to come straight to ECC. Our team is here 24/7 to provide immediate care.
- Will my pet be monitored overnight?
Yes. Our ICU is staffed around the clock with vets and nurses trained in critical care. Your pet will be closely monitored and supported at all times.
- Can I visit my pet while they’re in ECC?
We understand how important it is to be with your pet. Visits are encouraged when it is safe and appropriate, and our team will guide you on the best times.
