Vets Now FAQs

Do I need to call ahead before bringing my pet in at night?

If possible, please call us on the way so we can prepare for your pet’s arrival. But if it’s a true emergency, come straight in — we’ll be ready.

Will my vet know what happened during the Out of Hours visit?

Absolutely. We provide a detailed report to your daytime vet so they are fully informed about your pet’s care and any follow-up needed.

Is emergency care more expensive at night?

There may be additional charges for Out of Hours care, but we’ll always discuss costs with you before treatment whenever possible.
