Serena graduated from The University of Naples “Federico II” in 2014, and then worked for one year in general practice in her home town. After completing a one-year internship in a referral hospital in Novara (Italy), she spent an additional year there with the emergency and critical care team. While working in Novara she spent several weeks in Birkenfeld (Germany) as consultant for
a private practice.
She moved to the UK in 2017 where she worked at The Veterinary Referral Centre, Godstone, Surrey. In June 2018 Serena joined the ECC team at the Vets Now 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital, Glasgow.
Outside work she enjoys spoiling her two cats Chicca and Artù.
