Life can be tough.  We all have a threshold, after which the stresses of daily life can take their toll and risk tipping us into burnout, anxiety or depression.  When we are in the thick of it, how can we notice the warning signs that we are nearing this threshold?  This lecture aims to increase your understanding of these common conditions and the signs we can look out for in ourselves and others.  We will also provide you with guidance on how to respond when you notice these signs, using empirically-based psychological strategies, and when to seek additional support.
