Cheryl started working for Vets Now in 2009 when Glasgow 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital opened. She was initially employed as senior referral nurse and within six months was appointed head nurse for the hospital.
Feeling ready for the challenge of a non-clinical role Cheryl took on the role of Customer Manager in 2012.
Initially Cheryl covered Scotland, North East England and Belfast, her primary responsibility was working with, and maintaining relationships with, the practices that use us Vets Now’s out-of-hours emergency clinics and who refer to the Glasgow hospital.
In 2015, due to the continued growth of the Glasgow 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital Cheryl became the dedicated customer manager for the hospital.
