Our contact centre team are motivated by driving service excellence. Being a call handler at Vets Now will see you being the first responder to our clients, using your communication skills to understand the client’s emergency, showing empathy and understanding in stressful situations and offering guidance, information and support when our clients need it most. No two shifts will ever be the same.

You will be based at our Dunfermline support office and be fully supported by our clinical and management teams. The wider network of emergency clinics and specialty hospitals work in collaboration to ensure that we can offer the best emergency and critical care in the country. Whether it’s sharing best practice or offering an empathetic ear, you will never be alone at Vets Now.

– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Experience in working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
– Excellence in attention to detail
– A passion for delivering service excellence
- £8.50 per hour
- Flexible shift patterns to fit around your current commitments
- On-site gym
Our range of shift patterns include working evenings, weekends and bank holidays during our core opening hours Monday – Friday 6pm-11pm, Saturday 12pm-11pm, Sunday 8am-11pm.
