Vets Now are the UK’s leading provider of emergency pet care, Due to continued growth in our state-of-the-art 24/7 hospital, we are looking to add to the existing out-of-hours team. Our out-of-hours team is here to provide an emergency service at nights, weekends, and bank holidays and to ensure continuity of care for inpatients that have been seen by our referral team.

Unique and exciting caseload

Vets Now handle the largest emergency caseload in Europe affording you a breadth of opportunity to develop an ECC career. Our nursing team are at the core of clinical treatment including triage, surgery, anesthesia and in-patient care. Advanced monitoring skills, critical care anesthesia, nursing, and caring for complex medical cases are a key part of a vet nurse role at Vets Now.

The successful applicant in our vet nurse role will be –

  • An RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
  • Passionate about caring for our clients and their pets
  • Motivated to deliver the exceptional clinic standards that Vets Now is known for
  • Experience in an ECC environment is advantageous

Weekend working pattern

Every other weekend working 12 hour shifts on a Saturday and Sunday between 07:00 to 22:00.

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
