First point of contact for of clients during an emergency
Our receptionists are the first point of contact when a client calls or arrives at a Vets Now Clinic. You will also be responsible for taking calls, handling financial transactions, providing our Vets and Nurses with vital updates about patients at or on the way to the clinic and general administration duties. Our receptionists are a friendly face and listening ear when our clients need it most.
Working pattern
The role will consist of working the following three-week rota
- Week 1: Saturday: 16:00-00:00 and Sunday: 12:00-20:00
- Week 2: Off
- Week 3: Saturday: 16:00-00:00 and Sunday: 12:00-20:00
