Role Overview

Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services

Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions

Provide updates

Relay information to the veterinary team about patients en route to the clinic or clients in need of assistance

Handle administration duties

Perform administrative tasks accurately

Working pattern

Week 1: Wednesday: 18:30-23:30
Week 2: Wednesday and Friday: 18:30-23:30; Sunday: 17:00-23:00
Week 3: Wednesday and Thursday: 18:30-23:30; Sunday: 08:00-17:00
Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 18:30-23:30
