HOW YOU CONSENT TO US COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

By applying to work for us as a locum and submitting your personal information, you consent to us collecting, storing and processing your information.

Sensitive Personal Information:

Occasionally we obtain personal sensitive information about you. For example if you voluntarily provide information outwith our minimum requirements as part of a request for information, or via any information volunteered to us which is contained in your CV. By providing us with your sensitive personal data, you consent to us processing this data for the purposes set out in this privacy policy or any collection notice provided to you.

If you provide any details on a disability or other medical condition you have that may be relevant to the role that you are applying for, we will use that information to consider whether we need to provide appropriate adjustments during the recruitment process, for example whether adjustments need to be made during interview.

Information you may pass to third-parties outside our control:

If you signed up with us through an agency, we will share a data usage report with them as evidence that you have worked with Vets Now as this will enable them to invoice us for use of their services.

HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you give us your personal information then we may use it to:

  1. Carry out our obligations from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with information about our products and services that you request from us. This would include contacting you regarding shifts that are available to you.
  2. Provide you with information about other goods and services we offer that are similar to and incidental to those that you have already purchased or enquired about or to notify you about changes to our products or services.

If you provide us with your e-mail, telephone or mobile number then we will contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information regarding contractual obligations as well as goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous service or sale, or negotiations of a service or sale to you.
