Our experienced emergency team in Nottingham are here for you at the time you need us most, including while the current restrictions are in place. Your local emergency vet Nottingham has been providing expert veterinary care for pets since 2003. Based within the PDSA Pet Hospital in Nottingham, we work nights, weekends and bank holidays to bring you a trusted emergency service when your daytime vet is closed. Our team of vets in Nottingham have recently been recognised as Outstanding in the provision of emergency veterinary care by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
If you are unsure if you need to visit our clinic, you can book an appointment with our Video Vets and talk through your concerns. Our vets are available every day from 8am – 11pm.
Take A52 (ring road) signed to Derby. After passing the exit to the Showcase Cinema on the left, take the next exit signed A6005/City Centre. At the next roundabout take the third exit (signed City Centre) then take first right (Warwick Street) then right again into Dunkirk Road. Vets Now/PDSA is on the left.
Take the A52 towards Nottingham City Centre. At third roundabout, go passed shops on the left and a petrol station on the right. Continue straight on (tree lined avenue) and get into right hand lane. At next roundabout take the third exit. Follow directions as below.
Follow signs to the QMC as if going to the Accident and Emergency. DO NOT take slip road into the Hospital on the approach but take the next exit signed City Centre / A6005 (prior to the flyover). Take first exit (Abbey Road), then first right (Warwick Street) then right again (Dunkirk Road). Vets Now / PDSA is on the left.
