What you'll do

There are no average days in ECC, but one thing is consistent: you'll always be at the core of clinical treatment.

The terms set out below apply to BVNA competition by Vets Now Emergency Ltd.

The following definitions shall apply to these terms and conditions: “participants”, “you”, “your” and “yours” are references to you, the person or entity that has entered in the competition; “Vets Now”, “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Vets Now Emergency Limited of Penguin House, Castle Riggs, Dunfermline KY11 8SG registered in Scotland with registration number SC218632.

  • To qualify for entry participants must (i) be over 18 years of age, and (ii) have completed the required tasks set out at the Vets Now stand at BVNA. Entry is limited to one per person.
  • The participants, completing the competition entry correctly, will be selected at random by a computer having been entered by completing the competition requirements.
  • The winners will be notified via email.
  • No prize alternatives are available.
  • Vets Now reserve the right to (i) cancel this promotion, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
  • By submitting an entry to Vets Now you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The decision of Vets Now Emergency Ltd shall be conclusive and binding on all parties in relation to the draw.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or to win the competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.
  • The competition must be entered in the entrant’s own name.
  • No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that entry will be disqualified.
  • Each entrant is limited to one entry. If more than one entry per entrant is received, or if any entrant attempts to submit more than one entry by using the same, multiple or different names, email addresses or social media accounts, all such Entries may be deemed void and that entrant may be disqualified from the competition.
  • Only entries that have been completed in full will be entered into the competition. Vets Now Emergency Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

THE PRIZE

  • At the end of the competition period, the winners will be selected according to these terms, from all of the valid entries received.
  • Winners must claim their prizes within a month of the competition closing.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. If the prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Vets Now’s control, a prize of equal or greater value will be provided.

CONTACTING THE WINNER

  • Vets Now Emergency Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner of the prize via email. Vets Now Emergency Ltd. is not responsible for contact details recorded incorrectly. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the winners, including if Vets Now Emergency Ltd. does not receive a response from the winners, within seven days of first trying, Vets Now Emergency Ltd. reserves the right to offer the winner’s prize to the next valid Entrant. Any reselection will be undertaken in accordance with these T&Cs.
  • Once the prize has been allocated, the first name of the winner and their pet may be posted for up to a period of 3 months at the following location: www.vets-now.com, on one or more of Vets Now’s social media channels – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and via email to the BVNA database. The winner gives permission for their details to be used for this purpose.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Vets Now Emergency Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the competition at any time. Vets Now’s decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third party and you are providing your information to Vets Now Emergency Ltd. and not to social media owners or external organisations. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of this competition, and to provide relevant recruitment updates, by email, unless you opt-out from receiving future marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from future email correspondence at any time.
  • In consideration of being awarded the prize, if you are the winner, you may be required by Vets Now Emergency Ltd. to take part in publicity related to the subject of the competition, and you now confirm that if you are the winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph (to be provided on request) and statements made you concerning the competition and/or the prize. You now provide Vets Now Emergency Ltd. with a right and licence to use the entry on the Vets Now Emergency Ltd. website, and throughout Vets Now social media channels.
