We’re now on the lookout for a talented Communications and Employer Brand Manager to help us bring our culture to life for the people already shaping it and the talent we’re yet to meet.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, dual-focus role designed to amplify the Vets Now culture both internally and externally. You’ll lead our internal communications and employer brand strategy connecting our people to our mission and attracting others who share our values.

You’ll manage a team of two, work closely with our senior leadership team, and partner with colleagues across marketing, talent, EDI, and our parent company IVC Evidensia to deliver standout communications and campaigns that reflect who we are and what we stand for.

What You’ll Do

Internal Communications & Engagement

  • Develop and execute a clear, inspiring internal communications strategy.
  • Create engaging content across email, intranet, newsletters, video, and more.
  • Partner with senior clinical and operational leaders to communicate with impact.
  • Manage and evolve internal comms channels ensuring our out of hours colleagues are informed and engaged.
  • Lead flagship internal events including our Annual Leaders Meeting and “Make a Difference” Awards.
  • Monitor engagement and adapt strategies based on insight and feedback.

Employer Brand & Campaigns

  • Own and deliver our employer brand campaign plan, aligned with our EVP and talent goals.
  • Develop compelling content that showcases the Vets Now experience from “day-in-the-life” features to values-led storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Talent, EDI, and other key stakeholders to deliver multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage campaigns across social, paid media, trade press, and events.
  • Ensure internal and external messaging is aligned, authentic, and impactful.
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs and insights to refine approach.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in internal communications, employer brand, or corporate communications.
  • A flair for writing, storytelling, and creating audience-driven content.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Passion for culture, people, and purpose-led communication.
  • Experience in clinical, healthcare, or multi-site environments (a bonus, not a must!).
