If you were thinking of, or have already applied for the October 2016 intake of the Certificate of Veterinary Nursing in Emergency & Critical Care, then you could be in with a chance to have the whole course and exam funded for you, thanks to a team up between VN Times and Vets Now.
The entire course, and the exam would be funded for one lucky student, meaning what usually costs £1000 would in fact be completely free!
All you would be asked for in return is a bi-monthly 250 word update on how the course is going, to be printed in the VN Times pages every two months.
How to apply
To apply for the bursary all you need to do is write 50 words on why you want to take the Certificate of Veterinary Nursing in Emergency & Critical Care this October.
You need to email your submission to the VN Times editor Rebecca Hubbard (email@example.com), under the subject line “Cert VN ECC” with your name and phone number. The winner will be chosen by VN Times from the submitted entries. So as well as winning funding for your course, you will also become a regular contributer to the VN Times for the duration of the Certificate.
You haven't got long to apply for this – the course begins on 1 October and applications for the certificate will close on 31 August. 31 August will therefore also be the closing date for the VN Times bursary.
You do need to be enrolled on the Cert VN ECC by the closing date of 31st August for your submission to be considered, so if you haven't already registered, you can do so now here:
There are a few Terms & Conditions applicable to this competition, so make sure you read through these before you apply.
