From late-night worries to life-saving emergencies, our dedicated vets and nurses are ready to care for your pet when their regular vet is closed. With more than 60 clinics across the UK, we’re here through the night, at weekends and on bank holidays.
Every pet and every situation is different. Our teams will assess what’s happening and provide the right care, from initial triage and diagnostic tests to surgery and ongoing monitoring.
The services below are available across our out-of-hours clinic network, with some locations offering additional facilities. Our hospitals in Glasgow and Manchester also provide 24/7 specialist and referral care for pets with more complex needs.
An immediate, life-threatening condition that requires rapid medical attention to prevent death or serious harm.
Examples: Difficulty breathing, severe trauma (RTA), seizures, poisoning, severe bleeding, collapse, difficulty giving birth, and bloat.
We offer consultations for conditions that require prompt medical attention but are not life-threatening or an immediate danger.
Examples include eye problems, ear problems, lameness, minor wounds, persistent vomiting or diarrhoea, and minor trauma.
We run a variety of diagnostic tests to give more information about your pet's health condition.
Our emergency vets are able to perform a variety of minor and major operations.
Our trained nurses assess your pet to prioritise urgent cases and make sure they get the care they need as soon as possible.
We run blood tests on‑site, giving same day results so we can detect abnormalities and start the right treatment without delay.
We use X-rays and ultrasound to see what’s happening inside your pet and support a fast, accurate diagnosis.
Includes medical care and monitoring. Pet's care is tailored to their individual needs.
When it's time to say goodbye, our vets are here for you out-of-hours.
