Never Pay Twice

The terms and conditions set out below apply to the Vets Now ‘Never Pay Twice’ offer (the “Offer”), offered by Vets Now Emergency Ltd.

QUALIFYING CONDITIONS

To qualify for the Offer:

• You must have booked and attended a PawSquad 24/7 Vet online consultation and paid the £24 PawSquad consultation fee when booking (without any discount or concession).
• During your PawSquad consultation, PawSquad must have recommended you and your pet attend a veterinary practice in person.
• You must have attended a Vets Now out of hours clinic in person, for a consultation with a veterinary surgeon, within 48 hours of your PawSquad Online consultation.
• You must have paid for a standard, non-discounted or non-concessionary consultation fee at the Vets Now out of hours clinic. Please note discounted consultations, or those included free at point of sale as part of a pet health plan, insurance plan or other discount scheme, are not eligible.

NEVER PAY TWICE DISCOUNT

• If you qualify for the Offer, the £24 you paid for your PawSquad 24/7 Vet online consultation will be deducted from your Vets Now bill automatically.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or concession.
• Vets Now reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the terms of the Offer at any time without notice.
• No cash or non-cash alternatives to the discount will be available.
• The Offer and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Scotland. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. However, if you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland the relevant local law will apply and you can choose to bring proceedings against Vets Now in your local courts.
• When you use PawSquad services your contract for those services will be with PawSquad on their standard Terms and Conditions. When you visit Vets Now out of hours clinics and/or your pet receives treatment from a Vets Now Clinic or Vets Now Hospital your contract will be with Vets Now and the Vets Now Terms of Business will apply.

YOUR DETAILS

• When booking your PawSquad online consultation, you may be required to register for a PawSquad online account which includes providing your full name and email address and creating a secure password.
• PawSquad will share your name, contact details and details about your pet with Vets Now for the purpose of administering this Offer and veterinary care referral. For the PawSquad privacy policy, visit https://pawsquad.com/home.
