To get started, simply click on the "Open Portal" link below and register your account by clicking "Sign up now". On your first visit, you’ll be directed to a log in page where you can create your account and start exploring
The email you will need to register when signing up is your practice email.
When logging in, a code will be sent to your practice email for verification
