The Vets Now Pet Emergency Hospital in Greater Manchester provides both a first-class referral service and an out-of-hours emergency service for veterinary practices in and around Manchester.
Understanding your key role
The Business Relationship Manager at Vets Now Manchester is a key role in our senior leadership team which makes a real impact on both our business growth and the experience that every client experiences when they visit us.
This role helps to strengthen and grow relationships with our referring and partner practices as well as building new business potential. You will support and manage our team of administrators and receptionists to deliver an excellent client care experience for every client who uses our service alongside proactively handling any customer or partner practice complaints and queries to a satisfactory resolution.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, relationships and delivering a genuinely great service. You’ll bring creativity, commercial awareness and the confidence to build lasting partnerships, alongside an understanding of marketing social media.
Working pattern
This role will comprise of working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts between 08:00 to 18:00.
There will also be a requirement to be part of the weekend on call rota which is usually 1:4 weekends on call.
Key skills and requirements
- Previous experience working within a customer service and/or business to business environment is essential.
- Previous line management experience is essential.
- Clinical experience is preferred.
- Understanding of marketing and social media would be beneficial.
- Able to develop good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders quickly.
- Passionate about client and customer care and delivering exceptional service levels.
