At Vets Now Kirkcaldy, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work life balance, which is why we offer a structured rota designed to support this.
This role consists of working an average of 40 hours per week across weekday nights, weekend days and nights as well as a share of bank holidays. The rota pattern repeats every four weeks and is as follows:
- Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday 1900-0830
- Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1900-0830
- Week 3: Wednesday and Friday 1900-0830
- Week 4: Tuesday and Wednesday 1900-0830, Saturday 1200-1930 and Sunday 0800-1930
There is some flexibility within the rota, allowing us to accommodate individual circumstances where possible. This working pattern provides an excellent balance of clinical exposure alongside valuable time away from the clinic.
