Customer Relations Manager Manchester Hospital

Rachel has worked within the veterinary profession for the past 20 years. During her 11-year nursing career she worked in both first opinion and referral centres across the country and has an in-depth knowledge of referral disciplines and conditions to help guide you, and your clients, through the emergency and referral process.

Rachel joined Vets Now in 2013 taking the non-clinical role of Customer Manager. Initially she covered the Midlands and North of England, her primary responsibility to work with and maintain relationships with the practices that use Vets Now out-of-hours clinics.

With the opening of the Manchester 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital in December 2016 Rachel became the dedicated Customer Manager for the Hospital.
