Nicki heads up the Business Relations Management team, responsible for the relationship with all our Partner Practices and our Host Practices in whose clinics we are based. The Business Relations Managers are the first point of contact for new practices considering joining Vets Now and ensure ongoing customer service for all our Partner Practices, working alongside our local veterinary team delivering the service and the Client Care team. We aim to provide a seamless service between the daytime and the OOH, and the Business Relations Managers are the bridge between the two.
