Cert VN ECC surpasses 100 graduates milestone

We are thrilled to announce that the Cert VN ECC has reached the amazing milestone of over 100 successful Certificate holders. It is a fantastic achievement for the students, but at the same time cements the reputation of the Certificate of Veterinary Nursing in Emergency & Critical Care across the nursing profession. We are extremely proud to confirm that there are now a fantastic 141 successful CertVNECC Certificate holders across the UK and Ireland. Did you know dogs can donate blood too? Read Dolly's story

Over the early May Bank Holiday weekend, two and a half year old French bulldog, Dolly, was admitted to Vets Now Sheffield, with problems giving birth. Dolly ended up requiring a Caesarean section, and whilst under anaesthetic her uterus ruptured and she haemorrhaged. After one phone call to Pet Blood Bank UK, a bag of blood was on its way to our emergency clinic. read more

Successful Crieff 2 Day Small Animal CPD Meeting welcomes record delegates

Our Crieff two-day small animal CPD meeting continues to go from strength to strength as a record number of delegates headed to the event in Perthshire this year. Held at the Crieff Hydro Hotel in Perthshire on May 15th and 16th, the event welcomed a variety of renowned veterinary speakers and delivered more than 30 hours of CPD for the attending veterinary professionals. read more
