Video Vets Now Refund Offer Terms and Conditions of Service

The terms and conditions set out below apply to the ‘Video Vets Now’ service offered by Vets Now Emergency Ltd.

The following definitions shall apply to these terms and conditions: “user”, “users”, “you”, “your” and “yours” are references to you, the person or entity that has used the Video Vets Now service; “Vets Now”, “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Vets Now Emergency Limited of Penguin House, Castle Riggs, Dunfermline KY11 8SG registered in Scotland with registration number SC218632.

QUALIFYING CONDITIONS

To qualify for a refund:

• We must have recommended you attend a veterinary practice in person via our Video Vets Now service.
• You must have attended a veterinary practice in person, for a consultation with a veterinary surgeon, within 48 hours of your Video Vets Now consultation.
• You must have paid for a standard, non-discounted or non-concessionary consultation fee at either a Vets Now Emergency clinic or other veterinary practice. Please note discounted consultations, or those included free at point of sale as part of a pet health plan or other discount scheme, are not eligible.
• If you attend a clinic operated by Vets Now Emergency Limited following a Video Vets Now consultation, the cost of your Video Vets Now consultation will automatically be deducted from your bill.
• If you attend a veterinary practice not operated by Vets Now Emergency Limited, you must process your refund request at https://www.vets-now.com/videovet/refunds/ within four weeks following the date of your Video Vets Now consultation.
• Your refund request must include proof of the vet practice visit (e.g. vet practice invoice), including the date, the patient and owner’s details, and itemised consultation fee paid).

REFUND TERMS

• The refund awarded will match the final sum paid for your Video Vets Now consultation, taking into account any discounts or offers used at checkout.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• The refund can not be applied in conjunction with any other offer, discount or concession
• Vets Now Emergency Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw the refund offer set out in these terms and conditions. Vets Now’s decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Vets Now reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to users).
• The refund awarded must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no alternative offered.
• Your details will be used in relation to the administration of this offer.

• These terms are subject to the laws of Scotland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
