A work life extraordinary at Vets Now Middlesbrough
With expanding the service we offer, our aim is to deliver the best possible patient and client experience in a busy out of hours clinic. You could be part of that ethos.
Build your Emergency and Critical Care career around your lifestyle
We are looking for a Vet to provide additional support at a time when it’s needed most and work a mix of nights, weekends and bank holidays. We can accommodate sole charge responsibility with full time hours (12-15 shifts a month). We can also offer additional support and mentoring for those who are new to ECC, don’t want to work full nights and would prefer to work alongside an experienced Vet. Regardless of how many hours you can commit to, we want to hear from you.
Great place to work
Recognising hard work is really important to us. Our employees are our greatest asset which is why we offer a first class benefits and rewards package that could include a comprehensive CPD allowance, 6.6 weeks annual leave, private medical insurance, pension contributions, professional membership, 50% discounted staff pet care, death in service of two times annual salary, membership of employee wellbeing programme, company sick pay scheme, company maternity, paternity and adoption pay scheme and your birthday as a day off.
Celebrating our successes
As well as providing a competitive package of rewards and benefits, we also take pride in celebrating our successes. This includes hosting an annual awards ceremony for those who have exceeded expectations. Clinical staff are also encouraged to attend our annual ECC Congress, the largest in the UK, which features an array of internationally accredited speakers, delegates and exhibitors.
At Vets Now we are passionate about training and the on-going development of our employees. If this vacancy is of interest and you feel you would benefit from an enhanced induction into our business then one of the options below may be perfect for you:
