Client Care Manager

Lydia completed her BA (Hons) in Criminology in 2011 before starting her career in retail, via a management graduate scheme; where she developed her interest in people management and passion for customer service. Lydia gained several years’ experience as a successful store manager; progressing to an area manager role for a high street fashion brand. Lydia joined our Manchester Hospital in 2018, bringing her people skills and enthusiasm for a seamless customer journey to the front of house function. Within the hospital, Lydia leads the reception team, overseeing the day-to-day running of reception and ensuring every client’s experience in the hospital is as smooth and comfortable as possible, in often difficult circumstances.
