I am writing to compliment you on the quality of service you delivered
on two separate occasions this month. In the first case the puppy
involved subsequently died but on the second occasion my dog seems to
be making a good recovery, largely because of the efforts of your vet.
She was very reassuring and tireless in her efforts. To anyone who
complains about your fees - see how much it costs to get your drains
cleared on a bank holiday!
