It is important to us that your clients are 100% satisfied with the service. Each client we see is asked to complete a satisfaction questionnaire. The feedback we receive from your clients allows us to continually develop and enhance our service. It is a testament to the level of service provided by our team that we consistently receive an average score of over 9 out of 10 nationally when clients are asked to rate the overall service.
At Vets Now we operate an open approach and regularly feedback the results of our client satisfaction questionnaires to our Member Practices in our regular newsletters.
