Who, specifically, provides the cover/care?
We employ qualified Vets, Nurses and ancillary support staff, such as receptionists, who are permanent members of staff and have chosen to specialise in the field of emergency care. Vets Now staff stay on site for the entire period of their duty, and separate staff are there to provide weekend cover, we do not allow our staff to work both day and night at weekends. Other points to consider are that all staff are paid a fixed salary, we do not pay any turnover related commission, additionally, all staff have funded CPD for emergency medicine/surgery.
