Our social programme in 2010 was built around the theme Black & White Hollywood Fabulous which inspired all sorts of wonderful outfits & costumes!
Congress officially started with an informal dinner on Wednesday night, with a disco and dancing till the small hours.
Thursday night was an altogeather more glamorous event! The night kicked off with pre-dinner drinks in the exhibition, followed by our Hollywood Fabulous gala dinner. After dinner we were treated to a fantastic performance by our live band 'The Magnets'.
They were a great success and were in their element live. A Magnets concert is a combination of musical sophistication, showmanship, and soul. With a superb repertoire of pop, soul, and rock hits, from The Beatles to The Jackson 5, and the band's own award winning songs, they had the venue come alive with dancing and laughter.
After the Magnets had whipped the crowd into a frenzy, the remainder of the night was spent throwing some amazing shapes on the dancefloor in the disco.
