This new concept from Vets Now allows vets who have recently graduated or those who feel they have not yet got all the skills to work in ECC, to join us in a permanent role. However, before going sole charge they will undertake our unique 10 week induction training programme which has been created and will be delivered by our Clinical Director and ECC Diplomate Amanda Boag (to find out more about Amanda click here).
The 10 week programme will be delivered by a combination of lectures and interactive seminars, pratical training in our clinical skills laboratory and mentored work in our clinics. For more detailed information on the training programme why not visit our Induction Programme page.

The Vets from our first three Cutting Edge programmes completed their 10 week induction and are now working as sole charge vets in our emergency clinics.
