On the evening of 10th June our cat was attacked by a dog. Our own vets practice was closed and there telephone answering machine told us to get in contact with Vets Now in Bradford.
We were naturally very distressed - and it was good to receive a sympathetic response from Vets Now on the telephone.
We were able to get our cat (Sukie) to the vets within 15 mins, and found that they were already prepared for her reception. The care with which she was handled was excellent. The situation was very serious - but it was explained and handled very delicately.
Next Morning we were able to take Sukie to our own vet (as suggested by Vets Now).
The treatment she had whilst at Vets Now was exemplary. As professionals they knew what they were doing - the vet and nurse making a first class team.
Reading between the lines of what our vet said only served to confirm our own impression that the immediate and appropriate professional care offered by the clinic literally saved Sukie's life. We are now happy to report that she is making an excellent recovery to everyone's delight.
We cannot speak too highly of the vet and nurse who dealt with Sukie. We wish to put on record our grateful thanks, and report that all their efforts were not in vain.
