The Veterinary Centre, Coventry Vets Now
The practice has been using Vets Now since April 2003. Overall as Veterinary Surgeons we have found the service to be efficiently run; providing excellent care to our patients and their owners. Over the last year we have had virtually no complaints with regard to the fees or the service. In that time we have lost only one client who did not want to travel across town to an emergency centre and therefore moved to a vet who was nearer. All in all we are very pleased with the service.
