Two More of Our Clinics Join the List of RCVS Accredited Clinics
Congratulations to our clinics in Farnham and Belfast that have recently been accredited with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) as Emergency Service Clinics.
Acquiring this accreditation underlines the commitment of our clinics to provide a first class service. In order to gain this recognition our clinics went through a rigorous inspection that was required to meet a number of standards including some of the following:

continuously staffed out of hours cover for patients

information hand-outs to ensure clients are aware of the arrangements for checking and monitoring hospitalised patients

a system for monitoring the outcome of treatments

ongoing commitment to education and training of staff

access to laboratory facilities for diagnostic testing
We currently have 27 clinics in the UK and every clinic is currently working towards their accreditation. Richard Dixon, managing director commented; “We pride ourselves in being able to provide the best possible service to clients and are therefore very pleased to have been awarded this accreditation.” To date eight of our clinics across the UK have passed and more are joining this prestigious list almost on a daily basis.
